51st Annual Bi-State Art Competition & Exhibition Reception

The annual Bi-State is a juried exhibition by the Meridian Museum of Art. It offers over $3,000 in awards and prizes, including the $1,000 Best of Show Cash Award. The exhibition aims to showcase contemporary artists in Mississippi and Alabama and reward their efforts. This year, 87 artworks were selected from over 270 entries by juror Amie Oliver, a distinguished artist and curator based in Richmond, Virginia, whose work in painting, drawing, and works on paper has been exhibited widely across the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia. We hope you will join us in recognizing and celebrating these talented artists from our region on August 9.
