Armed Forces Freedom 5K

The Third Annual Armed Forces Day Freedom 5K is proudly returning to Meridian! This special event is dedicated to honoring the courageous men and women of our Armed Forces—both active duty and veterans—whose service and sacrifice have protected our nation’s freedoms.

The Armed Forces Freedom 5K is more than just a race—it’s a community celebration of patriotism, unity, and gratitude. Participants of all ages and abilities are invited to run, walk, or cheer in support of our service members and veterans. The event will feature opening remarks, a ceremonial flag presentation, and opportunities to connect with local military organizations.
