Meridian Railroad Museum Chili Cookoff

A Chili cookoff is one of the nation’s best events, especially down-south. It is a compeition, a friendly competition but still filled with gusto. The taste is a chili sort of coaster ride and even the most finnicky among us will never turndown a bowl of the stuff. So why not hold a competition at the oldest industry in the City, the rails where Meridian all began, then known as Sowashee Junction.

The deal: Come hungry, stake your claim and ride it out.

Winners will be announced and coveted trophies awarded, right on the spot.
