Mississippi’s Walk for Diabetes-Meridian/East Mississippi

Join the Diabetes Foundation of Mississippi for Mississippi’s Walk for Diabetes in Meridian on Sunday, October 11, 2026 at Bonita Lakes Park.

This event will be fun for the whole family! Bring your friends, classmates, sports team, family, Sunday school class, co-workers or civic group! The walk begins at 2 p.m., with registration and activities starting at 1 p.m. Registration is free! The Walk is a fundraiser to support the programs and services of the DFM and we invite everyone to donate if at all possible on the day of the event. The Walk includes lunch, with T-shirts available for those donating $50 and more incentives for those donating $100 or more!

Best of all, every dollar raised STAYS right here in Mississippi to support educational and medical assistance programs for Mississippi children and adults with type 1 or type 2 diabetes!
