State Games of Mississippi Opening Ceremony

State Games of Mississippi invites you to enjoy the Parade of Athletes, marching through downtown on June 5, 2026, as athletes show off their team pride!  Meet with real Olympians from the State of Mississippi who have competed all over the world! Watch the spectacular Torch Lighting streak across the sky!  Ooh and aah at the fantastic fireworks show!

Food and beverage booths open at 5:30 p.m.  Coca-Cola trailer and Little Caesars Pizza will be vending.  The Parade of Athletes begins at 7:30 p.m., and the ceremonies conclude with fireworks at 8:30 p.m.
