Stronger Together Foundation to Host Screening of “Tribal”
Stronger Together Foundation is proud to announce its upcoming event, a screening of the documentary film “Tribal” scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 18 at 4:30 pm in Meridian Community College’s McCain Theater.
“Tribal” takes viewers on a journey through the remarkable stories of three U.S. Combat Veterans, sharing their experiences for the first time as they navigate scenes of intense combat and moments of profound sadness dealing with loss on and off the battlefield. These stores provide a poignant insight into the lives of American Veterans after 20 years of war and shed light on the challenges they encounter while reintergrating into modern-day society. This film plays a crucial role in raising awareness about the issues affecting veterans, such as mental health, homelessness, and unemployment, while also educating the community about how they can support and honor our veterans.
The screening will be followed by a special Q&A panel featuring the film’s director, producer, cast, crew, and other special guests. This interactive session will offer attendees the opportunity to engage with the creators and gain deeper insights into the film, as well as share their own stories with a supportive community.
A donation drive will also be held during the event that is aimed at gathering supplies to deliver to local veterans in need (canned food, clothing, toiletries, etc.)
This event is open to the public and admission is free of charge. For more information, visit StrongerTogetherFoundation.org.
